How it Works
The entire Cultiv8tiv assessment process takes around three weeks from kick off to receiving actionable insight about your organisation culture.

Step One: Register your details
The first step on your journey to understanding the culture you have is to register your account; add a few simple details to build your personal profile and set up your company account. You can then add other admins to your account to share the work load and have access to your assessments and reports.

Step Two: Configure & launch assessment
Tailor your assessment by entering specific details about your organisation;
- Your organisation’s values
- Your organisation’s purpose
- Define the roles that make up the Leadership Team
- Define the roles that make up Management.
- Decide if you want to analyse culture at a company or team level
- Upload who you need responses from.
The whole process takes less than 20 minutes.

Step Three: Gather employee feedback
Once launched a Cultiv8tiv assessment is live for 3 weeks. We will invite all employees via email to answer the questions, provide them with definitions of The Leadership and Management and other relevant information. We will also provide two further prompts to employees to complete it before the assessment closes. You should also use other communication channels to encourage participation.

Step Four: Receive your analysis
No matter how big or small your team, you’ll receive your culture pulse score, breakdown across the 12 areas and full report within a couple of hours of your assessment closing. You can then share the findings with both colleagues and consultants and agree on the actions you want to take forward.
