About Cultiv8tiv
Cultiv8tiv was born with a clear mission – improve workplace culture. We know that improving workplace culture will improve outputs, motivation and business performance, all while make staff happier and more engaged in their daily work.
Founded by a former tech CEO who saw first hand the effects of a negative workplace culture, we understand how transformative a culture change project can be for everyone at an organisation. Today we’ve built a proprietary AI module that can assess and analyse individual employee comments and feedback to give a single quantifiable score across 12 key areas.
Our AI module means our unique, and cost effective, AI assessments are truly anonymous, all while giving a level of actionable insight that would usually be reserved for time consuming 1-2-1 employee surveys.
“As the CEO of a software company I was faced with a culture that can only be described as siloed, disruptive and a bit disjointed. I needed a way to assess the current culture of the organisation and wanted ideas from those that worked in it about how we could improve. Our assessment process was not only rewarding but it also delivered results so we decided to deconstruct it, work with academics, leadership consultants, CEOs and data scientists to build a platform that can help any organisation assess their organisational culture and know how they can improve.”
James Leavesley, CEO & Founder.
